Capacity building and awareness generation to excluded sections especially women along with integration of urban resources for promotion of rural livelihoods , thereby assigning them the role of producer, mediator, and innovator. empower the poor women in rural areas to improve their economic and social status and increasing their opportunities for making productive economic investment. The long-term vision of PSMS is to build a society 'where citizens have equal and sufficient economic and social opportunities to improve their standards of living, and where they can contribute productively towards the overall development of the country.
